My goodness I had all the intentions of posting all the photos we have received over the past 10 years....but you can see I am behind and doubt I will complete the task. WOW! what a weekend! 17* at night-brrrrrrrrr  if the horse did not eat their warm mash in 5 min it was frozen solid! 7:30 am start day 1 warmed up to 24* before we left-yay. I'd been very careful with Tiki all year and I told him he could go as fast as he wanted to!!! we came in 2nd-10 min behind 1st pl day 1 55 miles in 5 hr 50 min!!!!  day 2 was 15th pl-he developed ''scratches'' scabs in his  pasterns-fungal -makes them sore and lame-so we finished with that and did not do day 3-although he was pacing around looking quite perky wanting me to saddle him as he watched all the horses trotting off!!!!!

I officially have 940 miles this ride season in a normal cotton hemp top with 3/4 firm +1/2firm 100% and love it! all treeless in a bob marshall 219 with tack-should end up 4th or 5th pl heavyweight for whole west region!!!!
